Event Notes:
-This event was televised on TNN's Monster Jam.
-The TNN broadcast of this event featured a special interview with veteran USA-1 driver Steve Wilke.
-Blue Thunder suffered chassis damage during qualifying, and would be unable to return for the rest of the event.
-Bulldozer flattened the right-rear tire after qualifying, and would be unable to return for the first round of racing, giving Little Tiger a bye run. He would be able to return for freestyle, however.
-Wolverine hit a turn-pole in his first round race against Grave Digger.
-In his first round race against Bounty Hunter, Destroyer spun out in the turn.
-High Roller suffered R.I.I. (Remote Ignition Interrupter) problems during his second round race against Little Tiger, losing power before the turn.
-Tom Meents "bicycled" Team Meents on two wheels in the turn, during the final round race.
-Neil Elliott rolled High Roller while attempting a donut in freestyle, rolling the truck completely over, and back onto the wheels.
-Bulldozer suffered fuel problems in freestyle, repeatedly losing power.
-Bounty Hunter landed hard after launching over the "fountain," 30 seconds into his freestyle run, breaking both of the rear wheels off, and damaging the rear suspension.
-Team Meents broke the left-front wheel off after landing from a jump over the bus pyramid, careening across the track and crashing into the broken Bounty Hunter truck. He would continue the freestyle run on three wheels, rolling over while attempting a donut shortly afterwards.
-Charlie Pauken saved Grave Digger from rolling after launching over one of the car sets, flattening the left-rear tire. He would later roll the truck, while attempting a donut with 40 seconds left in the freestyle run.
