Monsters pull an all-nighter Friday night! Monster racing started off with a CRACK for Black Stallion. He broke a vavle during the donut contest and was out the rest of the night. That gave Rambo a racing by-run and first place.
Rambo carried his winning streak into the freestyle event and took the title for it as well. Rap Attack stopped the Rambo streak by claiming the Wheelie contest title for himself.
QUAD WARS filled the track with mangled metal. Racers bumped and nudged around the track tangling their bikes and limbs in a rush for the finish. Team South was victorious over the North in the end.
Cannon Lady and Radical Rob spread their wings high in the Tennessee sky. Radical Rob cleared four monster trucks as he sailed his cycle up and off the ramp. He landed without a scratch.
Saturday (January 8, 2000)
Trying to recover from Friday night gash, Black Stallion worked all Friday night and most of Saturday day to be able to race again. He came back Saturday torqued up and ready to win.
He took first in racing, the freestyle and the wheelie contest but Rambo stole the donut competition from him.
Radical Rob returned for another attempt on his cycle. He soared off the jump ramp for a second night in a row and, again, cleared the tops of four monster trucks.
Definitely, two nights filled with true racing spirit.
