-In one of the scariest crashes in history, Huffaker lost control after the race and flipped 10 feet in the air, crashing into the inside of two dumpsters at the end of the track. Though the truck miraculously appeared to be mostly unharmed by the wreck, the truck was unretrievable from inside the dumpsters, forcing Huffaker to switch to Ragin' Steel for freestyle.

-Meents caused a water main to break during the run, flooding part of the right lane and forcing the track to be shortened for the remainder of the race
