Date: March 22nd.
Track: Indoors, a pulling track with a set of 4 cars in the middle.
Lineup: Kirk Dabney (Duraliner Giant), Alan Tura (Goliath), Don Maples (Samson I), Deihl Wilson (Virginia Giant)
EXHIBITION
Notes: Kirk Dabney broke the rear driveshaft on Duraliner Giant on his first hit of the cars, ending his night early. Alan Tura stood Goliath straight up, nearly going over to the side. This was a classic exhibition because it featured four trucks that were originally designed for exhibition. Although all four of these trucks would compete side-by-side for USHRA by the end of the year, these were all definitely show trucks. This was one of the first appearances for the Duraliner Giant, which was one of the first monster trucks to have the sponsor in the name. Probably the first such truck was the Skoal Bandit, which was also running USHRA shows around this time.
