Date: November 14th, 1987.
Track: Indoors, 2 roller hills about 50 ft. apart, followed by 8 cars, then another 25ft to the finish line.
Lineup: Jim Kramer (Bigfoot VI), Tommy Bryant (Pony Express), Bennett Clark (Clydesdale), Jon Breen (Mad Dog III), Leslie Anderson (Texas Toy), Herb Werkmeister (Gold Dust Express II), Scott Hess (Hercules II), Reed Thompson (Gentle Ben), Marvin Smith (Crimson Giant), Dale Harris (Casper)
Results:
Round 1: Kramer def. Bryant Breen def. Clark Anderson def. Werkmeister Hess def. Thompson Smith def. Harris
Quarterfinals: Kramer def. Breen Hess def. Anderson Smith def. Harris (fast loser)
Semifinals: Kramer def. Hess Anderson (fast loser) def. Smith
Finals: Kramer def. Anderson -Kramer flips Bigfoot
Notes: This was the second year in a row Kramer had flipped a Bigfoot truck on this date, however footage of the first roll is extremely rare. The rollcage in Bigfoot VI failed and Kramer was lucky to walk away unharmed. Before the finals, Kramer lost the front driveshaft, and therefore had no way of pulling the truck out of the nosedive that rolled it. This was also the last show with Marvin Smith's Crimson Giant. The truck was repainted as Stomper II shortly after. This was the last event of the 1987 season.

I haven't heard or seen a whole lot about it. What I do know is that it was one year to the day before this event in '87, Jim Kramer was driving, and it was during the National Anthem while Kramer was making a turn. After some research, I believe that the '86 roll was not in Indianapolis, but rather in Murray, OK. I will change my post to reflect this.
