Notes: This event was the TNT debut of 3-lane monster truck racing. Due to the format of the course, a total of 18 trucks showed up to compete in Dallas, marking the largest field ever for a TNT event. This event also began the TNT ban of Andy Brass' Bigfoot VIII. In Brass' place was John Piant, driving Bigfoot IV. Piant's truck broke in qualifying, however, and couldn't make it back for the first round. This event marked the debut for Mike Wine's new Jersey Outlaw and Arlene Edd's Fanatic. Scott Stephens' King Krunch and Greg Holbrook's Equalizer also debuted new paint scheme's in Dallas. Doug Spanier's Master of Disaster and John Kwasniewski's Buffalo Tremor both get into some trouble with the wall during their quarter round match-up against Pablo Cruz' Tuff-E-Nuff. Doug Spanier's Master of Disaster, in its first 1990 TNT showing, wins the event, staking claim to the first monster truck to win a 3-way race. Rob Morris, a Dallas native, made his only TNT appearance with 4 Wheel Crazy at this event, though was not shown in anything other than the introduction. Jim Miller's Barbarian and Kurt Fischer's debuting Micro Machines also were not shown during this event.
