Notes: This is one of the first times the USHRA ever tried the idea of a gap in the middle of a set of cars. This would be the last USHRA appearance for Kenny Fewox's beautiful Outlaw 35 truck, as well as Butch Lowe's Car Killer. This would also be the first USHRA appearance for Kevin Dabney's Chi-Town Hustler truck. The truck had appeared several times at events the previous year under the name Alien, and at several events before that named Mega Force. The truck would have problems all night and not be much of a factor in the outcome. Interestingly, Donnie Kessel's Virginia Beach Beast would appear at this show painted red. This is the only televised event the truck was ever shown painted this way.
