Other trucks on hand:
USA-1 II (Everett Jasmer), Jus-Show'n-Off (Paul Huffaker), Stomper 1 (?), Lethal Weapon (Jerry Richmond), Play'n For Keeps (Jesse Birgy), Barbarian (Jim Miller)
Dennis Anderson drove Grave Digger I. Scott Stephens drove King Krunch (unsure on number). Bill Weaver drove Rambo I. Jim Kramer drove Bigfoot VI.
I'm fairly sure this event had 10 trucks, not 12.
Known qualifying times: 1. Kramer (4.90) 2. Anderson 3.-8. unknown 9. Birgy (no time given) 10. Richmond (no time given)
Known round one matchups:
Kramer (4.36) d. Richmond Anderson (4.49) d. Birgy -Strangely, Anderson managed to match his elapsed time exactly in both the quarterfinals and semifinals as well
Known quarterfinal matchup:
Kramer (4.39) d. Miller
-This event was partially covered in the 1988 TV program/home video release "Bigfoot: King of the Monster Trucks," with commentary by program hostMike Galloway, unusual in the effect that Galloway almost exclusively commentated on USHRA events at the time. -Kramer broke a hydraulic steering line on the rear axle in the semifinals. -Bigfoot VI ran a 4.33 in the final round, the quickest run of the night.
