Notes: This was the final show of the '88 season. This show marked a return for Jim Miller's Barbarian. Miller completely rebuilt the truck, changing from a stock frame to a custom tube chassis. This was the final show for John Moore's original No Problem short wheelbase Bronco. This was also the first-ever show for Gary Cook's Equalizer, the eventual 1989 points champion with David Morris driving.

This was also the end of the Kong winning streak. USA-1 also ran the finals in 2wd.

Indy did take place in November of '88 though. November 18th if I remember correctly.
