Notes: Mike Wine was driving the Gary Cook owned Equalizer truck due to David Morris leaving the team due to multiple reasons. Morris was unhappy with the truck's performance early on in the points season, and he also had a baby on the way with his wife. Wine's Jersey Outlaw was out with a broken motor, which allowed him to drive for Cook. This event also marked another landmark, for the first time in TNT racing history, a woman competed for points, this being Karen Pensyl, driving the Thunder Chicken. Unfortunately, Pensyl lost the steering, giving Ken Deppe's Whisky Business an easy win. Deppe, however, broke the front driver's side wheel off, and couldn't return. Pensyl was disqualified, bringing fast loser Steve Wilke's USA-1 back into the fold. Wilke was running with a damaged truck, a day after rolling it in qualifying.
